Pilot Plant Crushing:
Expertise and equipment are maintained at IMP's multi-level pilot plant to carry out complete mineral processing studies. Crushing equipment includes jaw, gyratory, and roll crushers to begin the process of reducing up to 9" size ore for the grinding process. From our inventory, the necessary feeders, conveyors, bins, and hoppers can also be added to a flowsheet circuit to accommodate various material handling chracteristics.
To Grinding facilities

    CRUSHING EQUIPMENT
    • (1) Rogers jaw, 9" x 14", 20 HP
    • (1) Traylor gyratory, type "TY", 15", 20 HP
    • (1) Denver jaw, 5" x 6"
    • (1) Massco crusher, 4" x 6"
    • (1) Protecting Tramp magnet, Eriez, permanent, 6" x 24"
    • Note: the Rogers jaw and Traylor gyratory are installed in closed circuit with a Simplicity vibrating screen, using conveyors to provide continuous operation.
